  • Starting to get wiki updated. Need some more items from Sarah and Amy regarding the model booking process.
  • Chris to add DRIP sequences including links to the email previews available in Mautic.

Affiliate Updates

  • Affiliate contest starts today. Posted to GFY. Xbiz post was deleted as we are not an advertiser.
  • Chris working with Gilles at Babepedia.com about getting our free hosted galleries online.
  • Reached out to Petra at Freeones about getting galleries listed. Their old FHG import system has been eliminated. Chris to reach out to alternate contact (Adam) about getting listed properly on Freeones.

Advertising / 3rd Party Sites

  • Discussed starting with a $1,000 budget with potentially JuicyAds.
  • Focus on UK and US traffic.
  • Split budget between promoting paid subscriptions and freemium.

Freemium

  • Andrew has token system implemented and on test.
  • Further testing to be done on mobile.
  • If comfortable, set to go live on Monday or Tuesday of next week.
  • Chris to do some testing and finish DRIP sequences for Mautic.
  • Next task to be tackled is the free gallery to free members once or twice per week.
  • Andrew has task in backlog for a banner manager to free area.
  • Promotion on the public tour of purchasing sets via tokens also discussed as a next step.
  • Chris to send information to expiring members who have indicated they are not aware of the free access in the expiring member survey. Andrew suggested a template in Mautic with the email manually added to a new sequence to trigger the information.

Toss The Tinsel

  • Andrew has done some preliminary work on it.
  • Chris is waiting for a response from Sarah at Zuzana Designs to move project forward. Quote of $550 for design and responsive HTML has been approved.

Development Backlog Items

  • Anniversary bonuses to members after they have subscribed for one year.
  • Email to expiring non-recurring members on the last day of their subscription to prompt to sign up so they don’t lose access to the site.
  • Allow users to opt-in or out of the daily and weekly newsletters from their MyAccount page.
  • Upsell VIP to new members so they don’t have to wait for 3 months to access.
  • Custom shoot discounts for pending shoots that have not sold out closer to the cut off point.
  • Potentially creating a database of stockings/nylons used during shoots to then be used to promote the StockingHQ affilaite program.
  • Notification to members when they log in / Personal alert.

Grafana

  • Andrew discussed updating the panel to break down sales by memberships and additional purchases such as tokens.
  • Discussed differences in weekly reports between Grafana and current CRM.
  • Andrew to add totals to the summary reports when selected by date range.

Art-Lingerie / Layered-Nylons Discounts to current members

  • Art-Lingerie discount code has been fixed in the portal and is ready to go. Chris to send out offer to current members next week.
  • Discussed adding cross sales potentially to OAS sign-up. Would need additional coding to be completed due to the way Vendo sends the cross sale information to us.

Other items discussed

  • Upgrading from a single site to OAS does not appear possible due to credit card restrictions regarding adult sites. Member would have to cancel single site and rejoin. Andrew suggested a help article on how to complete this to make it easier for members.
  • Chris to begin exploring explainer video to be popped up to explain the site function. To be about 2 minutes long with a combination of model narration and screen capture. This would need to be updated if/when major changes are implemented with the site.
  • Discussed changing date options for US users and how that would be coded. It was noted that it had been changed during the last update to display as day-month-year (ie: 30th July 2021) and the only spot where the old date format exists is on the forum summary page. To be added to task list and reviewed at a later date.
  • Updating theme for blog.onlytease.com to something similar to what is being used on our free hosted galleries. Affiliates have been notified that the hosted blog program has been ended. Blog has decent search engine results position and Chris to utilize to promote new galleries as was previously done.
  • “EpochOnly” price point for OAS needs to be updated to include regular pricing to be included in the template email Chris is sending out to customers declined by Vendo.
