Discussed
- Review the Weekly Newsletter format to separate from members and non-members. Market freemium tokens and special offers to non-members. Promote custom tokens to members. Chris to come up with some draft ideas and share.
- Discussed revisiting the initial DRIP sequences to see where we can improve on the open and read rates. Add graphical elements and/or simplify it as it may be too text heavy.
- Look to promote My Private Shoots more as one user is currently taking advantage of it and would be a good revenue stream if we can get others interested.
- Andrew noted a drop in PFT sales. Will review to see how this could be promoted better in the initial DRIP sequence.
- Discussed potentially using A/B sequences to see if there is an improvement in open and read rates for the DRIP sequences.
- Paul mentioned a mailing list clean up campaign as per NYTimes for anyone that hasn’t opened an email for 3 months. Send out a campaign asking them to click a link if still interested or remove them from the mailing list.
- The affiliate program database project is currently on hold as Theresa is occupied on another task. Once that is completed, she will continue populating the database.
- Chris to forward CAM site options to Paul for review.
