Notifications

The sites have a notification system with two types of notification, system and user.

System Notifications

The system notifications are controlled via a portal tool accessible at:

https://members.onlytease.com/portal:notifications

These system notifications can be targeted at the following user segments:

• Free, Past & Subscribers
• Free & Past
• Free Members
• Past Members
• Subscribers

They can also be targeted towards any of the sites individually, Only All Sites or All Sites (inc. AL and LN).

These notifications can be added to the user notifications (default) and have a home page pop up.

The home page pop will use the “Long Message” and can include HTML markup for things like styling and links.

User Notifications

User notifications are specific to the user and are added either via scheduled tasks or database triggers. The following are the current user notifications and the text used for them:

Failed Rebills

Short: Your rebill with [payment provider] has failed.

Long: We have been informed by [payment provider] that the recent payment for your [site name] subscription has failed. Whilst [payment provider] will re-attempt to take the payment automatically in a couple of days time, we do suggest that you contact [payment provider] Customer Support and speak with them about this payment issue to avoid access to your account being revoked. You can contact [payment provider] Customer Support via the following page:

Subscription Expiring

Short: Your subscription is ending soon

Long: Your non-recurring subscription to [site name] is coming to an end on [expiry date]. Once your subscription has ended, if you would like to re-subscribe you can do so via the join page on the site:

Subscription Expired

Short: Your subscription has ended.

Long: Your non-recurring subscription to [site name] has ended. If you would like to re-subscribe you can do so via the join page on the site:

FTs/PFTs Allocated

Short: You have been allocated some FastTracks

Long: You have been allocated [number] [type] FastTracks which are available to use immediately.

Tokens Allocated

Short: You have been allocated tokens

Long: You have been allocated [number] tokens which are available to use immediately. If you do not see them in your account, please logout and back in.

Welcome – New Member

Short: Welcome to your account

Long: Welcome to your account. This account is valid across all our “Only” sites as well as Art-Lingerie and Layered-Nylons. You can use this single account whether or not you have a paid subscription. For more help and information please click here.

Welcome – New subscriber

Short: Thank you for subscribing

Long: Thank you for subscribing to [site name]. You may need to logout and back in for your subscription to fully activate.

Birthday message

Short: Happy Birthday

Long: Happy Birthday from the Only All Sites team, have a great day.

Reminder to complete name and DoB

Short: Set your preferred name and date of birth

Long: Please set your preferred name and date of birth on the My Account settings page. By setting your date of birth, you will receive a free gift on your birthday.
