Free weekly galleries

You can make a gallery a free weekly gallery by finding the gallery you would like to make a free weekly gallery on the site and then clicking the “Manage Set” option, for example:

Click on the “Manage Set” option and this will take you to:

https://testmembers.onlytease.com/portal:sets.edit?gallery_id=2094&sitecode=OSS

Then using the “Free weekly set” option on the left-hand side, you can specify the “week commencing” this gallery will be free for and the image to be used for the banner.

After selecting the change option, there is a field for which week commencing the free gallery is for as well as showing you all the landscape images in the set, as these are generally best suited for the banners. Clicking the “Show all” link will toggle to show the other images as well if desired.

To select an image to use for the banner, click on the image you wish to use in the lower section and then, in the banner area, the image can be dragged around to fit the banner crop better and holding shift and clicking on the image, then dragging left or right zooms in and out on the image respectively.

Once you have selected the “Week Commencing” date and image, cropped it appropriately, remember to click on “Save” (on the left) to save these changes.

If you then go back to the gallery on the site, you will see it now shows the gallery has been selected as a “free gallery” and the week commencing it is for, like this:

To view a list of all free galleries, go to the portal click on the “Free Galleries Listing” option and a page showing all the free galleries will be displayed. This list includes the SFW Christmas 2021 sets as they use the same database. This page has options to manage the set and view the set.
