DNS

DNS for all the OT domains is controlled via Cloudflare DNS on the OT Publishing Cloudflare account. At present, Andrew and Ben are the only two that have access to this account.

DNS Entries

Most DNS entries are standard A, CNAME, TXT or MX records. Most A records are not proxied via Cloudflare, they simply resolve to the IP address required.

Proxying

Some of the DNS entries are proxied via Cloudflare to provide some additional protection and to make use of the Cloudflare CDN. The domain tease-pics.com is one of the domains that does this, all traffic to this domain is proxied via Cloudflare, so the origin server is never exposed and as a majority of the content on this domain is static, it makes good use of the Cloudflare CDN and edge point caching.

At the time of writing this, around 55% of the requests are served from the cache in the past 30 days.

Redirects

For alias domains, Cloudflare’s page rules are used to redirect them to the main domain, for example, artlingerie.com is redirected to art-lingerie.com using these rules.

For this to work, the DNS entries for the naked and www domain must be proxied via Cloudflare.
