Banner Manager

The Banner Manager, for the member’s home page banners, is part of the portal and can be found at these URLs:

Prod: https://members.onlytease.com/portal:banners
Test: https://testmembers.onlytease.com/portal:banners

Please be aware, the “test” portal uses the “prod” DB, so anything added in “test” will also appear on live.

Use the “New Banner” link to add a new banner, and there is an Edit link next to the title for manually added banners.

Banners have the following fields:

• Name – name for the banner (not shown anywhere but in the portal)
• Visibility – which members to show this banner to, options are:
  • No-One – turns the banner off
  • Admins only – shown to members with the admin flag only
  • Paid Members only – shown to members with an active subscription (including admins)
  • Past Members only – shown to members who have previously had a membership, but no active subscription.
  • Free Members only – members who have signed up but never had a subscription.
  • Non-Paying members only – Free and Past members.
  • Everyone
• Link – where to go to if someone clicks the banner (leaving blank will mean no link) – External links will automatically open in a new window.
• Text – text to show within the banner
• Shown From/Until – Dates / Times for limiting when the banner is shown.
• Banner Image – Upload a new image for this banner.

The banner image should be created as 850px x 250px before it is uploaded, there are no image editing options on the banner manager.

The “Free Weekly” banners are shown in the Banner Manager but cannot be edited as they are automatically updated by a task.
