How to Merge Two Accounts

If a member has two accounts on different email addresses but only wants one, there is an option in the portal to merge the two accounts together. This option can be found in the OT Portal on the “Manage Members” page here:

This will take all the data from the “From Email Address” account and move it to the “To Email Address and then mark the “From Email Address” account as closed.

Read the warning messages and make sure you have it the right way around before you click the “MERGE ACCOUNTS”, there is no confirmation popup, etc… Once you click “MERGE ACCOUNTS” it will do it.

Once it is completed, it will take you to the “To Email Address” account page with the following message output:
