Last Minute Shoot

The “Last Minute Shoot” option can be found in the Shoots Manager (top right of the page):

Click this link to go to the “Last Minute Shoot” manager:

From here you can view the active / previous “Last Minute Shoot” list and add a new “Last Minute Shoot”. To add a new “Last Minute Shoot” simply click the “Add Last Minute Shoot” in the top right hand corner:

and this will show you the “Add Last Minute Shoot” form. Select the shoot date(s) for the last minute shoot using the date selector and then click the “Save” button:

When you click the “Save” button you will be shown a warning message to confirm you wish to add the last minute shoot:

As soon as you click “Yes, save it!”, it will save the last minute shoot and emails and SMS text messages will be sent to all models that have signed up to receive notifications of last minute shoots. THERE ARE NO FURTHER WARNINGS. Please ensure you have selected the correct date(s) before saving as these dates are included in the notifications sent to the models.

The last minute shoot will then be shown on the list of the last minute shoots along with it’s status, who added and when and a “Mark as Filled” option.

Once the shoot has been filled, you need to mark this shoot as filled. To do this click on the “Mark as Filled” option for the shoot:

Clicking this option will show you the “Mark as Filled” form. Check you have selected the correct shoot by confirming the shoot dates on the left and then select the model who will be filling the shoot from the drop-down list of models on the right.

Once you have selected the model from the list, click the “Save” button and you will get another warning message:

As soon as you click “Yes, save it!”, it will save the last minute shoot and emails and SMS text messages will be sent to all models, except the one selected, that have signed up to receive notifications that the shoot has been filled. THERE ARE NO FURTHER WARNINGS. Please ensure you have selected the correct model before saving so the model filling the shoot doesn’t receive the filled message.
