Results
Third Party Offers
- GlossTightsGlamour offer (22nd July – 5th August) netted 95 sales for $1,064.57 in revenue. There have already been 38 rebills resulting in total revenue of $1,466.14.
- Femjoy offer (12th August – 26th August) resulted in 42 signups and 39 rebills for $600.14 in revenue.
- St. Mackenzie’s offer (26th August – 9th September) resulted in 39 sales and 12 rebills for $622.00 in revenue.
- Sheer & Lace resulted in 83 signups and 39 rebills for $1,585.00 in revenue. Del has agreed to be part of the 12 Days Of Christmas promotion.
- Downblouse Loving / OnlyLooking promotion resulted in 30 sales with only 3 rebills currently for $369.33 in revenue. To promote their offers in the future I will need to promote them a bit differently or have Marlowe implement a different tracking code system.
- MetArt 2 Week free or 50% off offer resulted in 115 sales and 27 rebills to date for $461.36 in revenue.
- The Nubiles offer that just ended resulted in 30 sales / $384.65 in revenue.
- Third party sales YTD – 1,430 sales / $13,157.97 + 2,288 rebills / $23,410.26 for total revenue of $36,568.23. Same period last year was 1,233 sales / $11,767.68 + 2,317 rebills / $24,191.84 for total revenue of $35,959.52. ($608.71)
OAS Subscription Offers
- OAS 50% offer that started on 31st August and resulted in 224 signups + 88 rebills for $8,642.27 in revenue.
- Our Halloween offer netted 177 sales for $4,093.26 in revenue.
- To date OAS Offers have resulted in 1,103 sales / $24,242.79 + 2,052 rebills / $86,895.91 for total revenue of $111,138.70. Same period last year was 1,013 sales / $22,212.63 + 1,470 rebills / $64,776.83 for total revenue of $86,989.46. (+$24,149.24)
Token Flash Sales
- The October Flash token sale resulted in 139 sales / $3,147.11 for Freemium tokens + 60 PFT token sales / $596.14 for total revenue of $3,743.25.
- Our September Flash Token sale resulted in 127 sales / $3,097.66 for Freemium tokens + 52 PFT token sales / $516.87 to total revenue of $3,614.53.
- The August Flash Token sale resulted in 158 sales / $4,141.80 for Freemium tokens + 43 PFT tokens / $432.76 for total revenue of $4,574.56.
- We have run 7 Flash sales to this year and has resulted in 1,335 sales and $27,213.29 in revenue.
- The next Flash Token sale is scheduled for 23rd November for the Black Friday sale.

- Most sponsors are on board with the promotion. Sites to be promoted include Mike’s Sites (GlossTightsGlamour, StrictlyGlamour, UpskirtGlamour/Glamour VR), CollegeUniform, St. Mackenzies, MoreThanNylons, MetArt, VivThomas, NylonFeetLove, Sheer & Lace and Nubiles.
- Reaching out to RadicalCash (WankItNow, etc) to see if they would be interested in participating.
Other Items
- 7 Day Trial pop-up has lead to 261 signups for $1,957.71 in revenue. 37 (14.2%) have rebilled at least once for $2,801.40 in additional revenue with 5 accounts currently scheduled for the 1st rebill. Andrew/Chris quickly discussed using different “offers” in Vendo for various promotions so we can quickly determine the source of the sign-up for the 50% offers.
- Model profile links have continued to provide consistent sales. To date, we have sent 132 sales + 52 rebills to DarkReachCash for $1,639.07 in revenue. Need to continue isolating sponsors with new campaigns/IDs to track the remainder.
- Sheer & Lace direct model links under a second CCBill ID as well as WankItNow under a new affiliate program at RadicalCash. After working through the spreadsheets, I found it quicker to simply enter rather than sending over to Theresa to complete.
- I am going to continue going through our current sponsors to do direct model links where possible as well as add BodyInMind, UpskirtJerk, Downblouse Jerk, LingerieTales, Bopping Babes, Real Bikini Girls, WankItNowVR and ZexyVR.
- Azdin and Chris discussed an alternate version of Babes Against Humanity where the models answer the same question and the results are compiled into a video. This could be used for days when only one model is in the studios, where only one models is willing to do it or when the studio is busy with shoots and unable to get two models together at the same time.
- GA4 has created issues with predetermined reports so Chris is exploring getting the information directly from Google Analytics and updating the spreadsheet.
- FreeOnes stopped automatically importing our FHGs automatically a few months ago and wasn’t noticed until last week. Chris worked with Petra and Adam to clean out all the old broken links and will be submitting the backlog via the admin area.
- CCBill XSales – Not used since flexforms. Andrew implemented that this month.
- Andrew and Chris further discussed the blogs and creating a theme that uses the same header as the sites and implement with WordPress. Discussion on whether we do individual blogs or transfer to OnlyAllSites, forwarding the others to OAS. Can be used to promote FHGs, shoot samples, shoot announcements, etc. Andrew mentioned probably a half day project to get this done.
- Turn off other offers (7 day / half price) when there is an offer going on via Vendo?
- Create a newsletter signup page to help convert social media contacts to subscribers. Double opt-in?
- TossTheTinsel – Can we remove banner tokens from the rotation and use the join banner? Perhaps a Christmas offer banner for the 12 Days Of Christmas? – This is already done and banner will not appear in live version.
- After repeated outreach to sites like PantyBucks and RadicalCash, Paul suggested sending out an email with information about the site w/o a special offer.
- Discussed Youtube monetization and direction of channel. Monetization is not possible on our account. Going to continue to expand on regular BTS videos and Live Q&A. Other possible regular releases to include a monthly roundup like we did previously and a Throwback Thursday video, basically a scaled down version of a release from the past. Looked at LingerieLowdown channel for inspiration.
- Andrew suggested using different thumbnails on Youtube videos. Chris to review Canva for templates and implement.
- Paul is concerned that the BTS videos are not actually BTS. Models are not talking and would like to see more “Hello” videos, arrivals/departures (staged if necessary). More talking including a video of the model picking out the outfit (staged) and then documenting the photoshoot, explaining why they picked it, etc. Or explain their own outfit that they brought with them.
- From Paul – TikTok should be updated every few days. Selected intro videos can be uploaded by Chris to Youtube/Instagram for Shorts/Reels.
- From Paul – Chris to add pop-up/notification reminding members to update their name, birthdate, preferences. Andrew suggested coding this instead and added to the backlog. Chris to add manually for this outreach.
- From Paul – Exporting all the members who have favourited a certain model and send a targeted message to those users. Will have an intro video attached (Hi, I’m back!) with some BTS footage or white board sign if the model is not comfortable on video. Andrew to setup a portal took to setup a temporary segment that can be used and deleted. Chris to finish the list to make sure it is targeted at Free/Past Members. Offer to be tracked via CCBill. Suggest Aston Wilde and Lauren Louise in December.
- Infographic – Discussed releasing in January so that it can include MOTY / NOTY. Getting the data points together and see what makes sense. Chris to look on ThemeForest for an “Infographic” themed video or elements.

Outstanding Items
- New voting system for Model Of The Year. Had a system 10+ years ago where the user can rank their top 10 models in a drag and drop system. They could change their ranking right up until the close of the voting. Discussed and put on the “Next Up” list after the Spin The Wheel project for TossTheTinsel. – COMPLETED
- Currently setting up discount offers for AllPorn Deals, a site from the team behind Grooby. We are going to be offering a 30% discount (initial and recurring) for OnlyAllSites, Layered-Nylons and Art-Lingerie. – IN PROGRESS
- Banner / Notifications group “No Hopers” so we can serve additional advertisements. – COMPLETED
- Discussion regarding tracking sales and conversions through Google Analytics now that GA4 has been implemented. Andrew relayed that it will need to be reviewed to see what (if any) changes can be made to get that data through. Also suggested was a discussion with Vendo.
- Theresa has done some great work on the review site spreadsheet, including noting some new sites and identifying previous affiliates who have not updated the review in quite some time. Next step – Chris to review and reach out to sites to update reviews and explore any opportunities for discounting, featured spots, etc.
- Discord Server idea that Andrew suggested. Chris to post in the forums, pop-up and Twitter to see if there is demand for it. Could be an additional marketing channel /notification.
- Creation of Art-Lingerie Instgram/Twitter account
- Table plugin for WordPress as the FHG listings as we now have 2,400+ galleries published – Pagination. Andrew to discuss with George again as there had been a recommendation.
- Setup a notification / email when a model is back in the studios similar to the Happy Birthday email.
- When somebody leaves a “sad face” email. 7 girls sitting and holding a sign with each letter. G O O D B Y E. Sit at the same table / different spots at the table / photo shopped image.
- Hall Of Fame idea as suggested HERE and HERE? Paul likes the idea … quite subjective / is it just another model of the year? How could we do it and what will it look like. Chris to come up with some initial ideas.
- Free galleries published from sponsors / other sites with at least 30 images. Paid members could hide these galleries. – Discussed in the development meeting.
- Epoch only 50% discount link.
- Creation of landing pages using the existing gallery tags similar to what Nubiles has HERE
- Azdin and Chris also discussed a month in review video that used to be posted to Youtube.
- Chris to test the affiliate banners that Andrew implemented (ie: This model has appeared at).
Social Results
- Twitter followers increased to 56,106 followers. Analytics is still broken with the error message “We’re working on improvements to analytics.twitter.com. In the meantime, you may see some metrics are missing. You can access your Tweet Analytics and download reports here. You can try the new version of account analytics beta here.” It is showing that our tweet impressions are 455k / down 4.8%.
- There were a number of unsent tweets this month due to issues with Twitter. As a result, total number of tweets sent were reduced.
- Facebook Followers increased by 648 to 3,698 in total.
- Instagram Followers increased by 6,452 to 49,015 in total.
- Our official OAS subreddit is up 352 followers to 3,639.
- Threads account followers increased to 2,208 followers.
- YouTube channel subscribers increased to 8,850 subscribers. Views and watch time remain in the same range as last month.
