Marketing Meeting – 1st June 2022

Results

• Third Party Offers so far this year have generated 509 sales / 1,244 rebills for total revenue of $18,352.93.  Previous year at this point we were at 158 sales / 437 rebills for total revenue of $6,934.29 so up significantly.
• Our own offers have generated 396 sales / 664 rebills for total revenue of $40,636.60 so far.  Last year we were at 333 sales / 587 rebills for total revenue of $36,226.99.
• Last offer was Nubiles and netted 46 sales for $656.78.
• Next offer is hopefully Downblouse Loving or OnlyLooking on Saturday 11th June – Reached out to Steven/Marlowe
• OnlyAllSites / Platinum Jubilee 50% off first month offer starts today.
• Token Flash Sale will run Friday 10th June to Sunday 12th June
• Tried the new model email newsletter with free galleries of Poetic Minx to the non-subscribers newsletter.  It had a 13.64% read rate, generated 1,017 clicks to the galleries but did not result in any sales.  The next time I do an “intro” email to a new model, I will include a discount offer to see if that generates any sales.

Other Items

• OnlySilkAndSatin and Layered-Nylons updated trailers were delayed originally from Ahmad but is back.
• Ahmad came back with a $250 quote on cutting together the site intro / Sophia Smith video.
• Quick update on the YouTube channel description – Over 4mil views.
• Working with Alexandra and Doe.Cash about a member’s area banner exchange for SuperbeModels.
• Want to start experimenting with 60 – 90 second clips on Twitter as part of the TBT tags. 

Model / Affiliate Program Rework

• After working with various ideas for the DRIP campaign, I’ve realized that most models are going to ignore or get lost as I’m trying to convey too much information.
• Instead going to work on a quick introduction email with a link to a more indepth overview on OASCash.com
• Can be setup as a campaign in Mautic and if link is not clicked/visited or the email is unread, we can send reminders after X number of days.
• Will get the information updated/posted to OASCash over the next couple of days and share it.
• I am also going to include some information about possible paid promotion. I never did hear back from Sofie/Saffron about promotion with her so will follow-up.

Outstanding Items

• Dynamic text on the hero panels.
• blog.onlytease.com redesign.
• Text for “Search” and “Gallery” on screen help. Once done, new member DRIP sequences to be completed.
• Blocking / Redirecting Russian and Chinese traffic?
• Chris to reach out to some popular Twitter accounts re: paid or affiliate promotion (Start with https://twitter.com/bringbackpage3 – 47.8k followers)

Additional Discussion

• Paul approved the $250 project cost for Ahmad to do a version of the introduction video Andrew scripted and shot with Sophia Smith.
• Azdin starting July 4th. Paul asked for some ideas for additional tasks he can work on in addition to the social media aspect.
• Merchandising pushed to next meeting.
• Historic MOTY / NOTY voting sites / broken images from models who have had their content removed from the sites.
