Third Party Clip Stores
- Clips4Sale rejected our current digital release forms requiring the release form in addition to “The signature certification document from the platform is used for signature collection”.
- One option would be to get models to sign a physical version of our release form if 1) they shoot or have shot videos for us and 2) we plan on releasing those videos on a third party platform. They would then need to be physically scanned and stored for submission.
- Google Forms offers an eSignature solution as part of the business plan if the forms were migrated. More information on that solution HERE.
- Cognito Forms has an Electronic Signature solution as an add-on premium service. More information on that one HERE.
- Before making any changes I would suggest that we reach out to Clips4Sale to make sure our current release form would have been acceptable if we had the signature verification solution in place.
- With a digital solution we may also be able to reach out to some now retired models (ie: Honour May) to see if they would be willing to sign the updated form so we can release previously shot content to Clips4Sale and others.
Other Items
- Banner tool in the portal – Can we combine the free member + past member into an option so don’t have to schedule two banners? I never use one or the other option during promotions. We do have the No-Hoper category that I would want to keep as I have plans once we find a reliable designer to do up some banners. Andrew confirmed that this feature is already available.
- Tokens and whether to increase cost of tokens or number of tokens to be purchased. Chris to review 3 months of token sales (including discounted tokens) to get an average cost per token over that time period. We will review the cost per set and video based on results to make a decision moving forward.
- A potential 25% increase in pricing on tokens would bring the average weighted cost per token from $0.60 to $0.75. The average cost breakdown of an unreleased set would then bump up to $5.50 / $2.69 / $3.75

Outstanding Items
- Top 10 galleries of the week to go out to non-subscribers – perhaps a Sunday email – ie: Met-Art – http://archive.metart.com/csb/Public/show/gi0c-b2t8c–3e3vm2-6askg09
- OAS Hall Of Fame to be discussed again in January 2025. Was discussed in September 2024. Due to the number of projects currently being worked on and in the queue, push this back to discuss in September 2025.
- Next year’s Christmas promotion – 19 outfits from 2024 were not really Christmas related other than green/red outfits and the background. Wonder if we should have a planning session April/May for potential outfits, replace old outfits, etc to make it more topical this year? Shein order? Or should we be ordering outfits during the Christmas season when it is more readily available for the following year? To be discussed again in May/June.
- Cameo and signed polaroids to be pushed back to review later. A little over 25% said yes to both.
- Purchasing used nylons may be something that we can do through ManyVids as Chris saw models selling physical products while researching.
- From Survey/Feedback – Regular notifications about new models, sets or videos with free samples would promote a more regular return to collect ‘missing’ sets. Implementing “Introducing” models emails & Notifications?
- Models – For You : Automaticly suggest new models based on actual preferences/favorites. A few items discussed included using AI/AWE to come up with potential matches based on model photos. Also could use data currently in our database on model favourites – ie: People who like this model also like these models. Discussed on the last call – was this added to backlog? I didn’t make a note of it.
- From Paul – List of 50 most popular first names that could be used for custom intro videos including when they join, a sad video for when they cancel their membership or a special offer when they haven’t been a member for 3 months. A short intro from the model such as “Hi Paul” could be edited with the main clip. Question on whether this could be done on the fly or if it would need to be 50 static clips. Andrew to explore the data for names. Andrew generated list.
- One suggestion i have is that the model’s thumbnail/picture could be updated now and then. Some models have been on the site for many years and they have changed, some considerably, so the picture often looks old and out of date. That’s about the only improvement i can think of. Suggestion on coming up with new cover photos where an image could be uploaded and the cover automatically updated. New design / possibly simplified. Was previously done with Art-Lingerie – From cancellation survey and discussed.
- An idea that Andrew suggested previously but seems to have been missed in the notes was a “prize” wheel for free members popping up periodically. In addition to small prizes such as tokens at a low percentage, offers such as Half Price off , 7-day trial or discounted token purchases could be what the winning prize is a majority of the time to try and convert them to paying customers.
- From Andrew – Selling access to a models whole portfolio for free members. Pricing could be per model and based on the number of “sets” they have on the site or something. If they are a “still shooting” model, then I guess it would everything up to the date of purchase or something. Chris and Andrew discussed about potentially selling a different level of recurring subscription where they can select access to a different number of models (ie: 10 model pack) where they could potentially change 50% of the models selected after a successful rebill.
- From Andrew – Also had an idea around a “feed” page, where members would be able to customise it to show them stuff from models they have selected, late news, forum posts, etc…, a bit like how a OnlyFans model page works
- MetArt has recently added a splash page that is displayed when a member logs in. Is this something we might want to explore for our free/former members to promote resubscribing to our own site + 3rd party offers?
- Chris to do “Third Party Offer” sales page on OASCash to send out to new programs and explain what we do to promote other sites. Discussions with MrSkinCash and Playboy have been difficult as they do things differently than us (sometimes strictly cross-sales buys or exchanges).
- Do the same regarding posting our content to social media (primarily Twitter/X) including leaving the watermarks intact and tagging our accounts.
- From Paul – Stories / Highlighted links on the Suicide Girls Instagram account. Explore and add to our IG account.
- From Paul – Twitter example from SecretGirlfriendsX. The video still plays but clicking the video itself sends the user to the linked page at AdultPrime.com. How is this done and is it something that we can utilize?
- Is there a rules/guidelines post in the forums? I thought I saw one in the past but can’t seem to locate it. I’m thinking we should put something in the help section that we can refer to when issuing warnings. I know a few points that have been brought up in the past are;
– use of models names other than those we show
– posting about / promoting other sites on the forums
– negative comments
– reminder that models have access and review comments
– bumping old threads / shoot samples
– short posts to bump forum post count / badges + points - Discord Server idea that Andrew suggested. Could be an additional marketing channel /notification.
- Setup a notification / email when a model is back in the studios similar to the Happy Birthday email.
- When somebody leaves a “sad face” email. 7 girls sitting and holding a sign with each letter. G O O D B Y E. Sit at the same table / different spots at the table / photo shopped image.
- Free galleries published from sponsors / other sites with at least 30 images. Paid members could hide these galleries. – Discussed in the development meeting.
- Creation of landing pages using the existing gallery tags similar to what Nubiles has HERE – Discussed with Andrew/Paul during page redesign discussion
