Marketing Meeting – 23 Mar 2022

Chris Updates

  • Third party offers have so far resulted in 277 sales / 686 rebills for a total of $9,238.78 in revenue. Link to promotion results spreadsheet (updated weekly) is HERE.
  • Next offer is 26 March 2022 and will be a discount offer from GlossTightsGlamour / StrictlyGlamour.
  • Last subscription offer to former and non-subscribers was the Valentine’s Day promotion (50% off / 1st month), which resulted in 279 sales and 64 rebills to date for a total of $10,268.59 in revenue. This has outpaced our Free AL/LN Black Friday promotion.
  • Next OAS offer is Easter (14 April to 18 April) and will once again be the 50% off first month.
  • May OAS promotion will be the free AL/LN offer and July will be the 7 day trial.
  • Last token flash sale generated $1,546.23. Discussed another one on 22 April after OAS promo is over.
  • OTCams still has a negative balance. Chris to put up a banner for free/former members promoting the site. If results continue to be poor, could try a different white label option.
  • Still waiting for a response from Jeremy at Femjoy about canceling the issued cheques and making the payout via Paxum.
  • Discussed the current Easter shoot. Paul suggested additional Easter themed sets for Only-Opaques and OnlySilkAndSatin.


Outstanding

  • DRIP sequences for new members to be updated including additional information about customs club, gamification, etc.
  • Discussed revisiting the Free members drip sequence to better discuss tokens, custom shoots, gamification.
  • My Private Customs still not officially launched.
  • OT Blog to use for promotion / etc. Is on the list – suggested Summer target for redesign. Affiliates already notified it is no longer going to be used as a hosted blog.

Models As Affiliates

  • Discussed a sequence of emails to models after their shoot to help get them on board for promoting as an affiliate. Andrew mentioned it could be picked up/triggered from the shoot schedule.
  • Discussed URL shortener (oas.me) to make it for the models to promote.
  • Start with a sequence – signup for an affiliate account / how to promote via social media / etc.
  • Chris discussed Honour May previously being active with sales / rebills under her real name.

Influencer Promotion

  • Models to promote us as a promoter/influencer… promoted posts.
  • Twitter/Instagram – Paul made an offer to Lauren in the past but she declined.
  • Honour May + Natalia Forrest as a couple recommended models.
  • Track results / Do a test run and measure results.
  • Chris to create a list with follower counts as a starting point.
  • Include other popular accounts such as ManOnToday, BringBackPage3, Ladbible (not sure if they do still do adult stuff).

Generic Ideas for the sites

  • Looking for suggestions on improvements to the sites.
  • How we do shoots / Guest stylist of the day.
  • Charity for the Ukraine? Auction off a day’s shoot … money raised goes to charity?
  • Used tights sales? Sophia Smith does that quite a bit and does quite well.

  • The UpClick email was quite clever … maybe we should do something similar as a “won this discount” added to the free member’s … maybe 7 days after the last email in the join page drop off sequence.
  • Subscription to freemium tokens. Rather than buying them in bundles… monthly amount instead? Would it be confusing to people. PL – Can’t go above the single month subscription or else they would then want to subscribe. Model Andrew in mind with Audible … pay for a year up front. Book once a month for a year. Do the same with tokens and feed them out over the year. Would be another option on the free token purchase page? Thinking behind the 2 for 1 subscription sales. One to revisit.
  • Sales report in Grafana – # of new subscriptions has dropped but rebills seems to be increasing. Chris mentioned affiliate sales have been lower. Reviewed figures and appears to be a seasonal change. Andrew working on a report that will show previous year totals with current stats.
