Results

Third Party Offers

• The Two Week free trial MetArt offer has resulted in 112 sales + 5 rebills for $176.44 in revenue.
• AdultTime offer finishing with 9 sales and 3 rebills for $262.26 in revenue.
• The next offer is to be determined but scheduled for May 2nd.
• Third party offers / member’s area links have resulted in 356 sales / $3,208.16 + 826 rebills / $9,630.89 for total revenue of $12,839.05. Same period in 2023 was 320 sales / $3,378.71 + 755 rebills / $7,577.69 for $10,956.40 in revenue. This is a 17% increase in revenue to date.

OAS Subscription Offers

• The Easter OAS offer netted 115 signups for $2,759.79 in revenue.
• Our Introducing Kelsey & Jorja OAS offer resulted in 60 signups for $1,383.70 in revenue.
• Our St. Patrick’s Day OAS offer resulted in 102 for $2,391.96 in revenue.
• Offers so far in 2024 have resulted in 571 sales / $13,372.80 + 818 rebills / $36,548.43 for total revenue of $49,921.23. Same period in 2023 was 478 sales / $11,001.53 + 751 rebills / $32,116.34 for $43,117.87 in revenue. This is a 15.7% increase in revenue over last year.

Token Flash Sales

• Our March token Flash Sale results – Freemium tokens – 154 sales / $4,048.68 + PFT sales – 90 / $804.94. Total 244 sales for $4,853.62
• The April Flash token sale date is 25th April to 28th April
• Token sales to for 2024 are 645 sales / $12,780.52 in revenue.

Other Items

• Discussed with Sarah/Paul about ordering a new Star Wars related outfit (if necessary) for 4th May. Sarah to order. Perhaps hire a graphic designer to photo shop related background for social media.

Outstanding Items

• Paul to review member’s survey, get that completed in SurveyMonkey and forward to Chris to post/promote via email, forum post, pop-up and notification.
• Chris to work on script selling the advantages of PFT, to be shot with models in clip style format that we have done previously.
• Add additional purchase packages for Permanent FastTracks (25 + 50?). May already be in the backlog. Andrew has already noted – will not take long to setup.
• From Paul – RedGifs is a popular adult site (ranked 21st in adult categories on SimilarWeb). Is this potentially another marketing channel. Chris to explore.
• Andrew mentioned annual subscriptions to OnlyAllSites and will explore to see if this is a possibility in Vendo. Also discussed a membership that would include OAS/AL/LN at a 69.95 price point (currently with cross sales this cost would be 74.85). Added to the backlog.
• Andrew and Chris further discussed the blogs and creating a theme that uses the same header as the sites and implement with WordPress. Discussion on whether we do individual blogs or transfer to OnlyAllSites, forwarding the others to OAS. Can be used to promote FHGs, shoot samples, shoot announcements, etc. Andrew mentioned probably a half day project to get this done. Currently on the backlog.
• Create a newsletter signup page to help convert social media contacts to subscribers. Double opt-in? Currently on the backlog.
• Discord Server idea that Andrew suggested. Chris to post in the forums, pop-up and Twitter to see if there is demand for it. Could be an additional marketing channel /notification.
• Merchandise/Calendar sales? Chris to investigate.
• Creation of Art-Lingerie Instagram/Twitter account
• Setup a notification / email when a model is back in the studios similar to the Happy Birthday email.
• When somebody leaves a “sad face” email.  7 girls sitting and holding a sign with each letter. G O O D B Y E. Sit at the same table / different spots at the table / photo shopped image.  
• Hall Of Fame idea as suggested HERE and HERE?  Paul likes the idea … quite subjective / is it just another model of the year? How could we do it and what will it look like.  Chris to come up with some initial ideas.
• Free galleries published from sponsors / other sites with at least 30 images. Paid members could hide these galleries. – Discussed in the development meeting.
• Epoch only 50% discount link.
• Creation of landing pages using the existing gallery tags similar to what Nubiles has HERE

Social Results

• Twitter/X followers remained static. For the last 28 days our posts earned 492.6k impressions according to Twitter analytics, which still doesn’t seem to be working correctly. It is reporting 1.9k link clicks, 791 retweets without comments, 8.2k likes and 98 replies.
• Facebook Followers increased by 124 to 5,059 in total.
• Instagram Followers increased by 587 to 53,075 in total.
• Our official OAS subreddit is up 80 followers to 4,096.
• Threads account followers increased by 265 to 4,048 followers.
• YouTube channel subscribers increased to 90 subscribers to 9,440 subscribers. Views and watch time remain have all increased over the last 28 days.
