Expanding Third Party Offers / Deals & Discounts

  • Reached out to Adam @ MetArt regarding promoting some additional sites this year.  Did a little under $10k in revenue with them last year.
  • Reach out the VintageFlash/nhlpcentral.com about potentially promoting them in the future.
  • Discussing an offer with Del and SheerAndLace.
  • Thoughts on expanding banners for free members / more third party offers in rotation. Andrew suggested creating a segment of those who have spent money on tokens and “No Hopers” who have not spent anything on the site after 30 days.

Other Items

  • Working with Petra at Freeones on getting reviews updated (they are revamping this section), start utilizing their blog to promote special events/etc and opening the Art-Lingerie channel.
  • List of outgoing emails was completed and added to the docs site. Currently updating a few and will need to redesign/update as some are on the old templates.
  • TossTheTinsel note for next year – For free members viewing the site, need to target banners to upgrading their membership to full. Will work ahead once we know what the site will be and have banners designed and in place early.
  • Blog redesign project. Jett not able to do the project at this time. Reached out to a few designers on GFY with no luck. I am going to go back to the Upwork route.

Agenda Items

Add SMTP server to the agenda

Currently on the Pro plan with Sendgrid where there is additional pricing points we can explore once volume increases. We currently paying an overage fee. Chris to explore if there is a better pricing structure to allow us to send more emails for personalization, etc at the best possible price.

The idea of a dedicated SMTP server has been put on hold as Mautic can only send from one instance rather than separating it between important emails to users and those that are not a big deal if it doesn’t hit the mailbox.

12 Days Of Christmas parody song.

Chris to write up a brief about what we are looking for to include information about our sites and some relevant keywords. The plan is to select a number of Fiverr users and use the best pieces from each for the song.

Before the models begin shooting, we will select the music so the they know the tempo to sing to.

Previous discussions on this were having Azdin take this over. Chris to discuss this with Azdin when he comes back about getting what Sarah currently uses and then create a Google Shared Doc to work with. We can bring Amy in as well to add things to the weekly shoots email.

Additional Discussions

March Model Madness

Chris proposed an event on Twitter to coincide with the March Madness NCAA basketball tournament that takes place Tuesday, March 14th to Monday, April 3rd. “March Model Madness” will select 64 models and put in a bracket similar to this;

A schedule of matchups will be created and scheduled on Twitter where users can select their favourite via a 24 hour poll. The winners will advance to the next round. As things advance, the Round Of 32, Sweet 16, Elite 8 and Final 4 will be key components to promote during the event. These will be slightly renamed.

From a studio standpoint, not much will be shot (perhaps a set or two) and Chris will discuss and forward ideas to Sarah. Graphics wise Chris to sort out what will be needed and discuss with Jett.

SEO Work

Paul was exploring Stephanie Bonham Carter’s sets and SEO results due to a removal request and would like some work to be done on improving search engine results for certain models. Suggested using AHREFs, MOZ or SEMRush to review suggestions on increasing our traction for certain models. Chris suggested coming up with a list of target models as the next step.

OnlyFans Anonymous Style Shoots

Paul has been exploring anonymous style shoots on OnlyFans and will be subscribing to a few for inspiration. After discussion, the idea is to shoot a full set with a model that will not be included in the shoot samples. Of those, a selection of images will be used for a “Guess The Model” type contest with winners receiving points or tokens. The full gallery would then be released later in the week.

Verifying Model Accounts / Twitter, etc

Discussion about using Twitter and Instagram API’s to verify if a model’s account is active and trigger a notice if an account is no longer valid. Theresa could then reach out to the model for new account information. Questions about if this could be used for TikTok or Facebook but to be explored.

This expanded into discussions on allowing models to promote in their appreciation threads linking to OnlyFans, etc. Theresa is working on compiling that list and that could be forwarded to the model. Chris suggested Nikolart might be a good first step as she is already active in the forums.

Group Agency Collective

Paul brought up the idea of exploring a Slack channel based on the Group Agency Collective. This would be by invitation only and be directed at the legs/nylon niche content creators including active models with OnlyFans, etc. The idea is to help share ideas and create more exposure for our sites. Also mentioned inviting trusted outside members such as designers (Jett) to help assist others looking to have similar work done. If posts become overly self-promotional, the member would be warned/removed.

Suggestions of paid talks as well to help build and promote the community. Paul to continue developing the idea and determine structure and next steps.

Easter Spin The Wheel

Bring back Spin The Wheel with new sets to be released for four days (Good Friday to Easter Monday). Will need 4 new sets to be shot for this promotion. To be discussed with Sarah at the next weekly meeting.

Outstanding

  • With the model database project, is there potential to have onlyallsites/models/modelname listing all their updates rather than redirecting to OT profile page?  Would be great for SEO landing pages.
  • There was some discussion about combining tags for search purposes.  Is this something we could potentially implement on the public tour as well? https://nubiles.net/category/photoset
  • At the moment our model pages does an internal redirect to the same page if they click the “More sets of … “ ie: https://www.onlytease.com/models/lucy-ava. Can this be altered to the join page as the others are?
  • Guest galleries – Third party galleries of at least 30 – 36 images that would show in the feed for free members originally discussed here – https://docs.oas.me/kb/marketing-meeting-31st-august-2022/
