Results

  • MetArtX offer from March 25th ended with 24 sales – $142.15 in revenue
  • Glamour-VR offer (April 4th) finished with 15 sales – $115.39 in revenue
  • UpskirtGlamour offer (April 15th) finished with 90 sales – $803.58 in revenue
  • College-Uniform offer (April 29th) is currently at 92 sales – $850.57 in revenue
  • Next offer will be MetArt – 2 Weeks free.  I will include a discount offer to Met-Art for those who have already taken advantage of the 2 week free offer previously.
  • 3rd party offers YTD (April 30) is 399 sales / 802 rebills / $12,194.04.  Same period previous year was 450 sales / 1,034 rebills / $15,057.15.  This is down $2,863.11 / 23% from last year.  
  • Easter promotion resulted in 159 sales / $3,715.60 in revenue.  Next offer is a 50% off OAS / first month for The Coronation.
  • Our promotions YTD (April 30) is 478 sales / 811 rebills / $45,879.53.  Same period previous year was 396 sales / 517 rebills / $34, 018.74.  (+ $11,860.76 / + 34%) 
  • Affiliate commissions in April were 95 sales ($1561.49) + 150 rebills ($3,298.66) for a total of $4,860.15.  Same period last year was 136 sales ($2,309.91) + 201 rebills ($4,321.43) for a total of $6,631.34.  Chris to do an outreach to review sites in May as well as review top affiliates from last year to see if there is anyone down significantly that we can get back on track. 
  • Token Flash Sale results (04/21) – Freemium tokens had 116 sales for $3,052.69 in revenue while PFT tokens had 44 sales for $460.69 in revenue.
  • Next token sale – June 2nd to 4th.

Other Items

  • Youtube continues to grow steadily with the twice a week videos.  Current subscribers has increased to 8,163 with last 28 day views up to 46.3k (from 36.3 to 44k average) and watch time hours 229.7 (from 160 – 200).
  • The originally planned next step was to incorporate videos created for OASCash into our regular posting schedule but the initial videos I shared with affiliates was not well received. They were geared more to Youtube and very PG, where our affiliates are looking for more of a striptease video.  Chris to discuss with Azdin when he gets back.
  • Twitter results continue to be stagnant with our user count actually dropping by 228 since going verified.  Chris to review popular #hashtags to schedule additional posts throughout the week.  Ie: #stockingsunday
  • Andrew has started with the ahrefs work.
  • Jett has the model profile picture template for the mystery model and has started communicating regularly so that and the styling should be done shortly.
  • Table plugin for WordPress as the FHG listings as we now have 2,400+ galleries published  – Pagination
  • All the technical stuff from AHrefs has been completed.
  • OAS models page no longer redirects to OnlyTease models.

Outstanding Items

  • 12 Days Of Christmas song that Chris was working with a local musician on has not progressed any further.  A few good ideas have been shared (ie: Three french maids / Five duo shoots) but not progressing as expected. 
  • Interesting Facts video for TikTok.
  • PostYourGirls.com / $200 for 30 galleries.  ElephantList / $72.00 for 60 day listing.  OK to give it a try.
  • OnlyTease blog redesign project.

From Paul

  • Notification pop-up / have you completed your favourite model information / 5 favourites / birthday. Paul to do a forum post and then Chris to schedule the pop-up notifications. Member for three weeks / coded reminder if they haven’t filled it out.
  • Chris to add the request to the DRIP sequences.
  • Setup a notification / email when a model is back in the studios similar to the Happy Birthday email.
  • When somebody leaves a “sad face” email.  7 girls sitting and holding a sign with each letter. G O O D B Y E. Sit at the same table / different spots at the table / photo shopped image.  
  • Interesting stats … End of the year / interactive / Pornhub does an end of the year. Spotify does the end of the year / downloaded the most / most sets / most viewed / personal for each user. 
  • Hall Of Fame idea?  Paul likes the idea … quite subjective / is it just another model of the year? How could we do it and what will it look like.  
  • Some items mentioned for Azdin – Picture of models with the signs. Picture of the models in OT shirts. BTS pictures. Model hello videos for Instagram / Tiktok
