Updates

• 629 galleries published at OASCash.com.  Traffic over the last 28 days is up 11.73% with 308,739 users and 814,348 pageviews (up 30.22%)
• Freeones / 4,300 users over last 28 days (+3.78%)
• Freeones / All individual sites are setup so we can now submit galleries from all sites without the individual channels being created.
• Babepedia / 1,160 users over last 28 days (+13.17%)
• JuicyAds – 4,038 clicks / 1 sale – $206.20 spent / $0.05 per click (ads available oct 27 to Nov 6)
• Tatiana update / Ace Luffy did our previous Pornhub designs.  120USD for 18 banners (14 x 728×90 + 4 x 970×170)
• Signed up for AWEmpire for their whitelabel cam program.
• Tagging the paid posts on OF has helped.  Sept revenue was $144.00 and in October we are at $222.40 so far with two more paid posts before the end of the month.
• VRSmash channel is active.  So far 374 views for $76.04 in revenue for 5 days.

• Review site spreadsheet where we can compile everything… make sure things are being kept up to date.
• Breaking down newletter formats between non-subscribers and subscribers
• DRIP sequences + My Private Shoots
• Paul mentioned a mailing list clean up campaign as per NYTimes for anyone that hasn’t opened an email for 3 months. Send out a campaign asking them to click a link if still interested or remove them from the mailing list.

Discussed

• SuicideGirls cancellation email to review
• Discussed trailers for affiliate marketing. Russ could possibly do those as he has been looking for paid work. Chris mentioned potentially getting Ahmad from Upwork to do an ending to the trailer.
• Andrew discussed Token reminder emails for free users who have purchased tokens but have yet to use them all. Different emails will be used depending on how many tokens they have remaining (ie: 3+ tokens, 1-2 tokens, 0 tokens).
• Black Friday special on Freemium tokens (2 for 1) as well as OAS membership (free AL+LN). Black Friday / Cyber Monday is November 26th to November 29th.
• Discuss getting one of the models to do a promo video for social media to promote our Black Friday specials.
• Free cam site option using AWEmpire. To get that white label setup and promote to free users. Could also be included in weekly emails once subscriber / non-subscriber are setup. Paul mentioned in the free member banner section once Ben has that completed.
• Chris also to explore solution that would allow us to select relevant camgirls from across several sponsors to target our audience better.
• Chris to sign-up for the College-Uniform program again and do a test sign-up to potentially use the site as a sponsor in our 12 Days of Christmas promotion.
• Andrew to start getting the gamification notes and tasks into Phabricator.
