Marketing Meeting – 29th March 2023

Results

• Erotic Beauty (MetArtMoney) ran from February 25th to March 10th and resulted in 20 signups / $293.67 in revenue.
• Watch4Beauty promotion ran from March 11th to March 24th and resulted in 22 signups for $495.71 in revenue.
• Current offer is MetArtX (MetArtMoney) and has resulted in 13 signups / $71.09 in revenue.
• Next offer is to be determined. I am going to reach out to Paul B about doing a potential promotion on April 8th.
• YTD 3rd party offers resulted in 217 signups / 592 rebills for $8,457.54 in revenue. This is down from last year’s 308 sales / 761 rebills / $10,375.57. Last year we only ran to promotions March to June so we should be able to match results.
• We did a St. Patrick’s Day promotion this year that we did not run last year. This resulted in 123 signups for $2,829.57 in revenue. Of those 92 are currently scheduled to rebill.
• Next offer coincides with our Eggscellent Slots promotion.
• Our next Flash Token / PFT sale is scheduled for April 21 – 23.

Other Items

• Regularly scheduled YouTube video releases plus the Live Q&A’s have helped us break the 8,000 subscriber mark. Our last 28 days views are up to 45.9k (from 33k – 40.8k). Total watch hours are also up to 260.1 (from 160.0 – 190.0).
• Next step will be the affiliate videos mentioned last meeting where we can re-purpose a PG video for YouTube.
• There has been no luck with Fiverr and Upwork on the 12 Days of Christmas. Chris working with a local musician to come up with some ideas.
• Chris and Azdin have added some special events to the calendar. The MLB season opener is Thursday, March 30th with social media + Behind The Scenes video scheduled.
• Chris working on the SEO/Models project to select 15 – 20 popular models to initially review. A few issues in regards to this project… we don’t use a lot of models full names (ie: Abigail B / Frankie Lain / etc) so narrowing down the models to focus on has taken longer. Also common names (Amy Green) have a lot of irrelevant results so it may not be worth the effort to try and improve results. Looking through our GA reports as well as backlogs of OnlyTeaseFan to see what people are searching for. Many of our searches are SITENAME + MODEL.
• Get started with ahrefs Lite package – $99/month so we can start getting the dashboard setup and exploring the tools. Can upgrade if needed at a later date.
• OnlyTease blog redesign project – As there has been no luck in getting something custom designed, Chris is going to review WordPress templates that can be used to update the current / dated design to get it started.
• Chris has started exploring the “Interesting Facts” video idea with some TikTok samples. To be discussed with Azdin.
• Twitter results continue to dwindle and with the changes to the algorithm for the “For You” page, it looks like we will need to do the blue checkmark or we will be excluded from our users home page.

• PostYourGirls.com – $200 for 30 gallery listings. SimilarWeb shows a rank in the adult category of #4,702 with average monthly users of 478.0k. More targeted to the Babe niche.
• ElephantList.com – General TGP list style site that Similarweb ranks at #2,064 in the adult category with 490.9k monthly visitors. A 60-day listing with one gallery per day is $72.00.
