Marketing Meeting – 30th November 2022

Results

  • ThisIsGlamour promotion resulted in 30 signups – $249.75 in revenue
  • Deals & Discounts thread has slowed down but new offers have not been added recently.  YTD it has contributed 160 signups + 36 rebills for $2,309.40 in revenue.
  • Third party offers for the year are now at 1,158 sales + 2,299 rebills for $37,012.66 in revenue.
  • Previous year was 648 sales + 977 rebills for $16,249.39 during the same period.
  • Black Friday promotion generated $16,461.92 in revenue
  • 115 OAS Sales – $5,486.36
  • 170 Freemium Token Sales – $4,244.42
  • 47 PFT Sales – $469.75
  • 39 Custom Shoot Token Sales – $6,261.39

Christmas Promotions

  • TossTheTinsel emails + social media posts + notifications are currently being completed and scheduled.
  • 12 Days Of Christmas promotion runs Tuesday, December 13th to Saturday, December 24th promotion. 50% OAS Promotion will be included in this year’s promotion.

VReviews

  • Discussion with Chris at VReviews.com about possibly purchasing the site.  Currently has 3,450 reviews but has not been updated since 2018.
  • Similar Web adult ranking of 36,783 – https://www.similarweb.com/website/vreviews.com/
  • Outgoing clicks to sponsors is approximately 50 per day.
  • “Custom” backend but would need to be redone to WordPress theme with review plugin such as https://mythemeshop.com/plugins/wordpress-review/
  • Does have a number of review backlinks from paysites and a decent backlink profile.
  • Our top affiliates are review and discount sites.  Would allow us to control featured reviews and could be a good source to promote third party offers that do not necessarily fit into our own audience.
  • Chris suggested high end of offer would be $500. Chris to reach out to content writers to discuss cost per review and do a rough budget of what would be required to move forward with the project.

Other

  • Banner design project to Jett for our standard offers (ie: 50% off, 7 day trial, 12 Days Of Christmas). Are there any other banners required?
  • To avoid confusion on future promotions, Chris will start to send out an email with a summary of the promotion (the offer, dates, link code plus alternate CCBill/epoch codes if applicable).

Outstanding

  • Blog redesign project was not reposted as reached out to Jett/Designer to see if he would be able to complete the project.
  • Chris getting banner project information together for Jett.  To start with OT, AL and LN.  Banners for OO, OS and OSS will be completed once the first project has been completed.
  • Update what outgoing emails are currently scheduled and update Docs site. Chris to do this.
  • With the model database project, is there potential to have onlyallsites/models/modelname listing all their updates rather than redirecting to OT profile page?  Would be great for SEO landing pages.
  • There was some discussion about combining tags for search purposes.  Is this something we could potentially implement on the public tour as well? https://nubiles.net/category/photoset
  • At the moment our model pages does an internal redirect to the same page if they click the “More sets of … “ ie: https://www.onlytease.com/models/lucy-ava. Can this be altered to the join page as the others are?
  • Guest galleries – Third party galleries of at least 30 – 36 images that would show in the feed for free members originally discussed here – https://docs.oas.me/kb/marketing-meeting-31st-august-2022/

  • Chris to review recent video posts to Twitter / Instagram to see which of Azdin’s posts standout.
  • Azdin is going to use one of the split videos and posts as a thread on Twitter to test engagement rather than 3 separate posts.
  • Confusion on linking codes for recent OAS / Free AL/LN offer. Chris to use the Offer Code in emails / outreach in addition to a clickable link. Example “Use offer code BLACKFRIDAY or click HERE to join”
  • Have Jett review the Join Page for logged in free/former members to clean that up – https://members.onlytease.com/join

Free User Accounts / Token Sale

  • Free token sales in November broke $10k in revenue. Paul wants to push free accounts further.
  • Currently averaging 50 free account creations daily with approximately 30 activating their account.
  • Andrew discussed removing barriers to free account creation, including one click account creation with a random password that will automatically log the user in.
  • There is confusion on token sales vs. subscription so some suggestions included adding a “Or Subscribe” box beside the “Purchase with X tokens”.
  • When an image that a free user does not have access to is clicked, they currently get a subscribe banner. Andrew suggested splitting that between two banners – Subscribe or Purchase Tokens.
  • Chris to review the Free User sequence as part of the OAS Docs site update.
  • Paul suggested a model/models explaining the benefits of free account creation that Azdin can edit. Chris will come up with a script draft but suggested we wait until the one click signup is implemented if that is being pushed forward on the backlog.
  • Chris suggested a newsletter signup page (ie OnlyAllSites.com/newsletter) with an opt-in box to use on social media to get additional contacts in the sequence.
