Results

  • 50% OnlyAllSites offer ended with 286 sales/cross sales for $6,088.67 in revenue.  Of those sales, 190 are currently scheduled to rebill.
  • No additional offers until Black Friday – 12 Days of Christmas
  • Last year’s BF sale resulted in 95 sales / 225 rebills = $15,502.18
  • Token Flash Sale in September netted 127 sales for $2,683.11 in revenue.
  • Halloween Flash Token sale Friday Oct 28 to Monday Oct 31
  • Deals & Discounts thread has been solid with 141 sales and 18 rebills for $1,837.81 in revenue.
  • There was only one third party offer in September as I was promoting the Deals & Discounts thread. 
  • Watch4Beauty promo has resulted in 22 sales for $182.72 in sales.
  • The next third party offer is scheduled for Saturday, October 8th.  I am hoping to have something in place to promote College-Uniform via DarkReachCash.
  • Third party sales have so far resulted in 864 sales and 2,090 rebills for $30,908.08 in revenue. At this point last year we were at 368 sales and 784 rebills for $12,552.17 in revenue.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale

  • OnlyAllSites offer to non-subscribers – Free AL/LN.
  • 2 for 1 token flash sale.
  • PFT sale + make additional packages for sale.
  • Custom token sale.

Outstanding

  • Blog.OnlyTease.com redesign.
  • Still looking for initial model to work with regarding the affiliate program.  Chloe Welsh lost her Twitter account as did Bethany M.
  • Promotion of Kelly / Samantha / individual + group.

From Paul

  • Used to do guest galleries – was on AL / LN. Paid members could turn off the galleries. Gallery would need to be more than a free hosted gallery. Full gallery or 30+ images. These would be kept on a permanent basis rather than a rolling one.
  • Image counts would not be included in our stats. Andrew noted that would need a banner system, a way of using affiliate linking code and determine how they would be listed in our model system.
  • Would be available in the search menu.

Other

  • TossTheTinsel – Andrew to start reviewing next week. Same domain and no additional design required.
  • Discussion about making “Behind The Scenes” model available in full to free/former members.
  • Discussed ongoing issues with TikTok and removals. Determined that it best to make the videos very “PG” but hold off uploading due to recent strike.
  • Azdin continuing to upload to IG and TikTok. Condensed versions to be posted to Twitter.
  • Update what outgoing emails are currently scheduled and update Docs site. Chris to do this.
  • Popup on the home page and notification with the new Incognito forms – Where did you find us. Chris to complete and schedule.
  • Model list by ranking and recently updated.
  • Recently updated to have additional pages – 101 updates listed / has the option of adding. Was 30 days.
