Processor Statuses
The following statuses are possible for “sets” being processed by the processor:
| Status | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Entered | A new set has been discovered and has been entered into the system for processing. |
| Generating Sample Tasks | The shoot sample tasks are being generated. |
| Awaiting Sample Tasks | The set is waiting for the shoot samples tasks to start. |
| Sample Tasks Completed | The shoot samples tasks for the set have been completed. |
| Sample Tasks Skipped | The shoot samples tasks for the set has been skipped. (e.g. edited video) |
| Generating Tasks | The tasks required for processing the set are being generated by the system. |
| Awaiting Tasks | The tasks for processing the set have been generated and now it is waiting for those tasks to start. |
| Verifying Tasks | The tasks have been finished and it is verifying everything worked correctly. |
| Tasks Completed | The tasks have been completed and verified with no issues found. |
| Tasks Completed with Errors | The tasks have completed but there were some errors. |
| Adding to Site | The set is being added to the appropriate site. |
| Added to Site | The set has been added to the appropriate site but is not shown on the site. |
| Pre-edit Tasks Finished | The tasks for a “raw video” have been finished, e.g. the shoot samples have been processed, and there is nothing else to do with that “set” for now. |
| Gone Live | The set has been put “live” on the members and public sites. |
| Replaced/Removed by Admin | The set has been replaced/removed by the admin so it will not be processed. Normally used if something is wrong with the folder structure or files. |
| Archived | The set has been archived. |
| Deleted | The set has been deleted. |
