Shoot Statues and Rebooking
Shoot Statuses
A shoot day can have one of six statuses as described in the table below:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | A date has been “pencilled” in with a model/agent but the model/agent has not yet 100% confirmed the booking (rarely used) |
| Booked | The shoot with the model/agent has been confirmed and the shoot is scheduled and going ahead. |
| Hit | The model attended the shoot and it went ahead. |
| Missed | The model failed to show up for the shoot. |
| Cancelled | The model/agent cancelled the shoot before the shoot day. |
| Rebooked | A booking that was previously cancelled or missed has been rebooked for another date. |
Each day of a booking can have a different status, if required, but the colour coding of the shoot on the calendar is based on the status of the first day.
PLEASE NOTE: The status of a shoot has no bearing on whether or not it is shown on the public shoot schedule. The “Visibility” field controls this, so if a shoot is set to “Visibility = Public” and the status is set to “pending” it will still be shown.
Rebooking Process
If a model cancels or misses a shoot and we decide that we are going to rebook them, once the new date has been added to the Shoot Manager then the previous cancelled/missed booking should be updated to the “Rebooked” status and a note should be added to the “Shoot Notes” field stating the date(s) of the new booking.
If the previous shoot had any customs purchased for it, these should be moved to the new booking. ATM this is a manual process in the DB requiring Andrew or Ben to do this, but an option will be added to the portal in due course to all for this:
